The College of Charleston beach volleyball team is set to begin its 2026 season with a pair of matches against the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) on Friday, February 20. The games will take place in Wilmington, starting at 4:00 p.m.

Charleston returns 11 players from last year’s roster and adds five new athletes. The newcomers include transfers Holly Hopkins, Madison Loving, and Paige Clark, as well as first-year players Harleigh King and Jordan Patrick.

In the previous season, the Cougars recorded a 6-21 record. The team achieved wins over nationally ranked Georgia State and had a close 3-2 loss to Southern Miss in the Sun Belt Championship. For the upcoming season, Charleston has been projected to finish seventh in the Sun Belt Preseason Poll.
