The Charleston Metro Chamber has announced the 2025 class of its Leadership Discovery program, presented by Wells Fargo. The initiative brings together a group of emerging leaders from the Charleston region to develop leadership skills and expand their professional perspectives.

Leadership Discovery aims to lay the groundwork for effective leadership in the community. Throughout the program, participants will explore their individual leadership styles, build confidence, and form connections with peers who share similar ambitions.

Participants will be guided by experienced mentors and take part in interactive sessions that focus on sharing personal experiences and diverse career paths. The program also includes an Everything DiSC assessment and a business etiquette dinner, offering practical tools that can be applied immediately in their careers.

According to the Chamber, “The growth that takes place in Leadership Discovery extends beyond each individual. Participants leave better equipped to lead their teams, strengthen their organizations and make a lasting impact across the Charleston region.”

A roster of mentors with significant leadership backgrounds will support this year’s participants. The Chamber encourages interested parties to learn more about the 2025 class members and supporting organizations as they embark on this developmental journey.
