Personalized small-group sessions aimed at improving health and well-being will be held by the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce in its Catalyst Room on March 13, April 10, May 8, and June 12 from 8 to 10 a.m. The program, titled “Change Your Inputs | Change Your Outcomes,” is designed to help participants reduce pain, increase energy, and improve long-term health through daily habits.
The sessions begin with coffee and networking at 8 a.m. and are available both in person and virtually. Topics include movement, nourishment, and environment. Dr. Andrew Bagley will discuss how exercise can help manage pain, improve function, and support healthy aging. Shoshanna Richek, CFNC, will cover the impact of food choices, stress patterns, and nervous system regulation on energy levels and overall health. Toni Vanschoyck will address ways to reduce chemical exposure from food, water, air, and everyday products to promote resilience.
