Join the City of Charleston, Edifice Construction, and community volunteers for the Lowline Clean-Up Day. This event is an opportunity to contribute to transforming the future Lowline into a vibrant public space that aims to connect neighborhoods, celebrate local culture, and improve residents’ quality of life in Charleston.

The clean-up will take place on Friday, July 18th, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with a wrap-up lunch following the activities. Participants are asked to gather at the parking lot behind The Daily on Sheppard Street at 8:00 AM. The morning will begin with a welcome session, safety briefing, and remarks from project leaders about the vision and significance of the Lowline.

Volunteers will be assigned clean-up zones and provided with necessary tools and supplies. After completing their tasks, all participants are invited to enjoy a complimentary lunch at Vivian Anderson Moultrie Playground located at 1201 King Street.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to RSVP.
