Charleston Southern announced on Apr. 21 that registration is now open for the women’s soccer Summer ID Clinic, scheduled to take place on July 18 at the CSU Soccer Field.

The clinic offers female soccer players between the ages of 14 and 21 an opportunity to improve their skills. Registration costs $130, with check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. and the first session starting at 9:00 a.m.

Participants will break for lunch at 11:00 a.m., during which they are responsible for their own meals. After lunch, attendees will have a campus tour before participating in a second session from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The day concludes with a recruiting seminar from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

According to Charleston Southern, “The clinic is a great way for soccer players to improve their abilities and focuses on the tactical and technical components of the game.” Those interested can register online for the event.

Fans who wish to support Charleston Southern Athletics are encouraged to contribute through the Buc Club or follow updates about CSU women’s soccer via social media or by visiting www.CSUSports.com.
