The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has recognized the Charleston Southern University women’s cross country team as an All-Academic Team for the 2025 season. The announcement was made on Thursday.

Charleston Southern’s women’s team achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.49, surpassing the required minimum of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale to earn this academic honor. This is the seventh year in a row that the team has received this recognition.

According to USTFCCCA guidelines, teams must maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA, including results from the most recent grading period, to qualify for All-Academic distinction.

“This marks the seventh consecutive fall that the Buccaneer women have earned this distinction,” stated the association’s release.
