Leon Harder, Ram Mude, Jakub Solarski, and Eddie Vo of the Charleston men’s tennis team were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team for the 2025-26 season, according to a May 12 announcement.
The recognition highlights student-athletes who excel both on the court and in their academic pursuits. To qualify for this honor, athletes must be at least sophomores academically and athletically at their current institution, maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50, and participate in at least 70 percent of their team’s matches.
Academic All-District honorees are now eligible for consideration on the CSC Academic All-America ballot. The results of that selection will be announced on June 3.
Harder is a senior majoring in business administration with a cumulative GPA of 3.883. He competed in all 17 matches this season and earned eight singles wins—seven at No. 2—and seven doubles victories with five coming on court three.
Mude is a junior finance major from Melbourne, Australia with a perfect 4.0 GPA. He played in fourteen matches and teamed up with Jake Smith to win nine times on court two in doubles play while also earning five singles wins at No. 3 slot. Mude received All-CAA Second Team Doubles recognition as well.
Solarski was recognized for the second year in a row; he holds a perfect GPA of 4.0 as a computer science major and was selected to the All-CAA Second Team Singles squad while being named CAA Player of the Week twice during spring competition. Solarski participated in all seventeen matches this season, collecting eleven singles wins—seven at No.1—and six doubles victories alongside Vo on court one.
Vo is also majoring in finance with a cumulative GPA of 3.669; he played sixteen out of seventeen matches for Charleston this season and notched four singles wins along with six doubles victories partnering Solarski at No.1 spot.
Charleston finished its season with an overall record of eleven wins and six losses; Solarski, Mude, and Jake Smith earned additional postseason honors from the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA). The Cougars returned to compete in the CAA Championship Tournament for the first time since 2024.
