North Charleston home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in North Charleston rose by $41,257 while total sales decreased by 46.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,257 - a 33% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in North Charleston in September 2017.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $729, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
