North Charleston home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in North Charleston rose by $300 while total sales decreased by 24.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 0.2% increase over the $132,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in North Charleston in January 2017.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $729, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
