Isle of Palms home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Isle of Palms rose by $680,500 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,395,500 - a 95.2% increase over the $715,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Isle of Palms in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
