Ponderosa home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Ponderosa fell by $73,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 34.3% decrease over the $213,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Ponderosa in the third quarter of 2017.
