Graduates earn 132 degrees, certificates from the Southeastern Institute-Charleston

About 40.9 percent of the 132 degrees and certificates handed out by the Southeastern Institute-Charleston in 2017-18 were to students in programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Charleston conferred 54 certificates in medical/clinical assistant programs.

Other popular programs include massage therapy/therapeutic massage, medical insurance coding specialist/coder and pharmacy technician/assistant.

The institute enrolled 133 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
