Document

Mount Pleasant issued the following announcement on December 28.

Mount Pleasant, S.C. (December 28, 2021) - Ian and Hank Berger, joined by Mount Pleasant Councilman John Iacofano, along with Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce Member Tammy Becker, participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for PWR Fitness, located at 620 Long Point Road Unit M.

Located in Belle Hall Shopping Center, PWR will allow its members to take their fitness journey to the next level as it puts an extensive focus on purposeful training that provides longevity, results and, performance. Founded by New York fitness entrepreneurs Ian Berger, Hank Berger, and Joel Febus, the gym is fueled by an extremely knowledgeable team of trainers with more than 20 years of experience. The founders are dedicated to helping people improve their minds, bodies, and spirits through intensely targeted, fun, full-body workouts.

The 2,500 square-foot workout facility will offer one-hour classes that utilize strength and conditioning principles, combined with endurance, to stimulate functionally fit clients. With a range of different memberships available starting at $199 per month, PWR is constantly evolving to offer innovative and fast training, with no two classes being the same.

“As more and more of these global fitness facilities open across the country, our idea is to offer the same level of results-driven intensity, within an intimate and non-judgmental environment, so that our members can truly feel a sense of community behind them as they push beyond their boundaries and reach their goals,” Ian said. “We want everyone to be motivated to be the best version of themselves, which is why our goal is to be the best hour of your day, to have you feeling strong, and looking good too. It’s a win-win for everyone.”
