Today, Mayor John Tecklenburg, Councilmembers Robert M. Mitchell, William Dudley Gregorie, Keith Waring, former Councilmember Carol Jackson as well as Humanities Foundation President Tracy Doran and area partners celebrated the groundbreaking of the redevelopment of the Archer School into 89 affordable housing units for seniors.
