Town’s Engineering and Development Services Department Receives Transportation Award | Mount Pleasant
Mount Pleasant, S.C. (February 13, 2023) - The Town of Mount Pleasant Engineering and Development Services Department along with design engineer partners Mead and Hunt were honored with a State Finalist Award for Transportation from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) during the ACEC Gala for the successful completion of the Park West Boulevard Widening Project.
Project Engineer, Daniel Williamson’s proactive transportation initiative was designed to meet both current and future capacity needs as well as improve drainage, safety and connectivity for cyclists and pedestrians with the inclusion of nearly two miles of path for the Mount Pleasant Way Project.
