Three new officers graduate from Criminal Justice Academy

Three outstanding officers have recently graduated from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, marking the beginning of their journey with the agency. Ptl. Brooklynd Cole, Ptl. Graham Hille, and Ptl. Fernando Nunez have successfully completed their training and are now ready to join the team.

The graduation ceremony was attended by several distinguished guests, including Capt. Corey Holt, Deputy Chief Scott Perry, Chief Greg Gomes, Capt. Andrew Glover, and Sgt. Brandon Brooks. Their presence added to the significance of this milestone in the officers' careers.

"We extend our warmest congratulations to Ptl. Brooklynd Cole, Ptl. Graham Hille, and Ptl. Fernando Nunez on their graduation from the Criminal Justice Academy," said Chief Greg Gomes. "We are excited to welcome them to our organization and look forward to the valuable contributions they will make."

During the ceremony, one officer received special recognition for his outstanding achievements. Ptl. Graham Hille was honored with the prestigious JP Strom Award, which is a testament to his dedication and excellence in academics.

"We are proud to have Ptl. Graham Hille as part of our team," said Capt. Andrew Glover. "His commitment to academic excellence is commendable, and we believe he will continue to excel in his career."

Ptl. Brooklynd Cole also received praise for his remarkable leadership skills. As the Class Leader, he demonstrated exceptional qualities and led by example.

"We are grateful for Ptl. Brooklynd Cole's leadership throughout the training program," said Deputy Chief Scott Perry. "His ability to inspire and motivate his peers is truly commendable."

In addition to his leadership skills, Ptl. Cole also showcased his physical prowess by conquering the Challenge Run with skill and determination.

The agency is proud to have such exceptional individuals on board and is optimistic about the future with these new officers. They bring a fresh perspective and a commitment to serving and protecting the community.

As Ptl. Fernando Nunez and his fellow graduates embark on their careers, they will undoubtedly make a positive impact on the organization and the community it serves.
