(Washington, D.C., June 4, 2024) - Today, Rep. Nancy Mace delivered a statement regarding the Biden Administration’s executive action on the border.

"This executive order is nothing more than a diversionary tactic from the catastrophe and chaos happening in the White House,” said Rep. Mace. “For years, this administration has used our immigration system as a political football, but now, because POTUS is under fire for persecuting his political opponent and as his son potentially faces jail time, we are seeing executive action being taken on the border. The damage has already been done; our nation has been invaded, the executive actions that opened the borders have cost taxpayers over $2 trillion, and Americans have died at the hands of unvetted violent illegal aliens roaming our streets. We need H.R. 2, and the Biden Administration knows it.”
