The Chamber has announced the 2024 graduates of the Minority Board of Directors Training. This program aims to enhance understanding of minority board membership, emphasizing team building, legal accountability, financial management, and leadership competencies.

Throughout the four-session program, participants learned from experienced leaders who provided insights into board leadership opportunities and challenges. The program also highlighted how diverse perspectives can foster new ideas and practices within organizations.
