Rep. Nancy Mace has expressed concerns over Iran's influence on American campuses, attributing it to perceived weaknesses in the Biden administration's foreign policy.
"The Iranian government is funding pro-Hamas, anti-Israel protests on American campuses, a direct result of Biden's weakness and inability to stand up to foreign threats," Mace stated. She further criticized the administration for its handling of sanctions against Iran, saying, "Despite Iran's blatant aggression and election meddling happening right under our noses, the extremist left is doing nothing, letting our critical sanction bills collect dust."
Mace warned that the current situation represents only a fraction of broader issues: "What we're seeing is just the tip of the iceberg. Biden is shamelessly kowtowing to Tehran, leaving our democracy hanging by a thread." She emphasized that this issue transcends political divides: "This isn't Left vs. Right anymore—it's America vs. those who want to tear us apart."
Mace concluded with a call for action from the administration and its allies in Congress: "When will the Biden Administration and his leftist allies in the Senate stop welcoming terror?”
