SC Biz News recently named its Top Places to Work in South Carolina honorees for 2024. Several criteria are utilized to determine the annual winners, including employee survey results, which focus on eight core areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.
