Last week, RECAP (Rebuilding Every Community Around Peace) partnered with the non-profit organization Art Pot for a community walk in Hawthorne City mobile home park. The goal was for the NCPD to re-establish a close relationship with Hispanic communities. Encouraging citizens to come forward, report crimes, and participate in the solution will make their communities safer and more peaceful.
