The New City Police Department (NCPD) has announced the addition of a new officer to its ranks. Officer Abigail Buckley was officially sworn in this morning by Deputy Chief Karen Cordray.
Officer Buckley expressed her eagerness to meet and serve the citizens of the city. The department encourages residents to greet her if they see her around.
