She was last seen on Friday, September 27, 2024, at around 1 pm near the apartments at 1385 Ashley River Road. Ms. Brown is 71 years old, stands 5'4" tall, weighs approximately 140 pounds, and has memory issues. She is known to visit the Walterboro area.
Ms. Brown was last seen wearing a black bonnet, black pants, yellow socks, rainbow crocs, and a pink long sleeve t-shirt.
