The Tunnel to Towers Foundation recently marked the beginning of a significant project in North Charleston with the groundbreaking ceremony for their upcoming Veterans Village. This initiative is part of their ongoing mission to support and assist veterans.
Once completed, the Veterans Village will provide housing for 98 veterans. The site will also offer various on-site support services aimed at aiding veterans in multiple aspects of their lives. These services will include job training, benefits assistance, education assistance, financial budget management, legal advocacy, access to medical care, mental health support and PTSD counseling, as well as addiction treatment.
