Republican governors back budget resolution to advance Trump agenda

Following the Senate's passage of an amended budget resolution, governors representing 22 states expressed their support in a letter. These governors highlighted former President Trump's backing of the amended resolution, describing it as a vital step in enabling the passage of a bill that seeks to fulfill promises made by Republicans to the American public.

The letter includes signatures from 22 Republican governors: Kay Ivey of Alabama, Mike Dunleavy of Alaska, Sarah Sanders of Arkansas, Brian Kemp of Georgia, Brad Little of Idaho, Mike Braun of Indiana, Kim Reynolds of Iowa, Jeff Landry of Louisiana, Tate Reeves of Mississippi, Mike Kehoe of Missouri, Greg Gianforte of Montana, Jim Pillen of Nebraska, Kelly Armstrong of North Dakota, Kevin Stitt of Oklahoma, Henry Dargan McMaster of South Carolina, Larry Rhoden of South Dakota, Bill Lee of Tennessee, Greg Abbott of Texas, Spencer Cox of Utah, Glenn Youngkin of Virginia, Patrick Morrisey of West Virginia, and Mark Gordon of Wyoming.
