The Charleston Metro Chamber, in collaboration with Roper St. Francis Healthcare, is set to host a noteworthy event dubbed Vision 2025. This gathering, designed to offer insights into future trends affecting the business community, is scheduled to take place at the Charleston Marriott for a breakfast meeting that aims to provide more than just refreshments.

Kevin Sheilley, Chamber President and CEO, will lead the meeting, addressing various opportunities and challenges facing the Charleston metro area. His presentation will cover important community initiatives, such as workforce development and economic growth, emphasizing the significance of cross-sector collaboration for future success.

A significant feature of Vision 2025 is the introduction of the People First Scorecard. Supported by Truist, this tool aims to enhance transparency and coordination within the Chamber by focusing on vital metrics necessary for fostering a thriving, inclusive region. The Chamber views the scorecard as a substantial measure, necessitating extensive community engagement for its effectiveness.

Interest in the event is high, with limited seating available. Attendees are encouraged to secure their participation promptly to avoid missing the chance to influence regional development.

For those interested in deeper involvement, sponsorship opportunities remain. Inquiries can be directed to Kelly Killeen-Haupt at kkilleen-haupt@charlestonchamber.org.
