Staff from the city of Charleston, City of Charleston Police Department and Charleston Fire Department will meet at the Pink House (1551 Mulberry Street in the Ardmore-Sherwood Forest neighborhood of West Ashley) at 8:30 a.m. on March 11 for the first Operation Neighborhood of the year.
