James Island home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in James Island fell by $18,843 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,600 - a 6.3% decrease over the $300,443 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in James Island in January 2017.
