Folly Beach home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Folly Beach rose by $4,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $512,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $507,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Folly Beach in January 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Folly Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,233, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
