Census Bureau: 78 percent of people in Orangeburg County were old enough to vote in 2020

Of the 86,953 citizens living in Orangeburg County in 2020, 67,826 were old enough to vote as of March 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 36,942 of those people were female and 30,884 were male.
