We often talk about the importance of mentorship and how essential it is to have someone who advocates for you, but how do we find mentors and how can we learn to pay it forward for others who are starting on their career paths?

Join us for this powerful conversation between some of our brightest leaders as we talk about how we can create environments that breed empowerment in the workplace, among our friendship circles and within ourselves. Explore what empowerment looks and feels like and why it is important for women in any industry, especially male-dominated careers.

Learn how women in a variety of industries are empowering one another and explore ways that women in all levels of leadership may join the movement of empowering women. We will learn techniques to stay empowered even when things get complicated, and we will gain increased awareness and enthusiasm around seeking and becoming a mentor.
