As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Retreat at Wellmore of Daniel Island was owned by WDI Parent, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Berkeley County, has been owned by WDI Parent, LLC since Feb. 10, 2016.

Retreat at Wellmore of Daniel Island is registered as a for-profit facility.

During that period, the nursing home had an overall rating of two from the CMS, which is lagging behind the average of 2.8 recorded for nursing homes in South Carolina. CMS ratings evaluate nursing homes based on critical aspects such as health inspection outcomes, staffing levels, and the quality of care provided to residents.
