The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce celebrated the 50th graduating class of Leadership Charleston with a graduation event at The Rutledge Room. Over the past five decades, Leadership Charleston has played a significant role in developing leaders who have excelled in various fields, including local and global industries, legislative roles, and civic initiatives.

This immersive program provided participants with opportunities to explore pressing challenges, exciting opportunities, and vital responsibilities facing the business community and regional civic landscape. Graduates of Leadership Charleston emerge empowered and inspired, ready to collaborate with organizations and community leaders to drive the Charleston region forward.

"The 50th cohort of Leadership Charleston embraced the opportunity to enhance their leadership abilities and forge meaningful connections with their peers and fellow community leaders. Throughout the program, the graduates engaged with the challenges presented in the Charleston metro region, gaining valuable insight and experiences to boost their leadership skills and effect positive change within their community," said Therese Gordon, Associate Vice President of Leadership at the Charleston Chamber. "The Chamber is thrilled to welcome the graduates of the 2024 Class into the distinguished group of Leadership Charleston alumni, whose dedication and contributions are leaving a lasting impact on both their professional lives and the broader tri-county region."
