Congresswoman Nancy Mace issued a statement on August 30, 2024, regarding the presence of a Venezuelan gang in Aurora, Colorado. She expressed concerns about the impact of the Biden-Harris administration's immigration policies on local communities.

"This nightmare in Aurora could hit any town, thanks to the Biden-Harris administration turning every state into a border state and every town into a border town," Mace stated. "Their open-border policies have flooded our communities with drugs, crime and now violent gangs, putting innocent American families directly in the line of fire. It’s time to stop playing games with our safety."
