North Charleston PD welcomes four new graduates from criminal justice academy

Four recruits from the North Charleston Police Department have graduated from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. These new officers, part of Basic Class #816, will be sworn in on Monday. This marks their transition from the academy to active duty, where they will serve the citizens of North Charleston.

The recruits are set to begin their Field Training under experienced officers' guidance and supervision. Their dedication and perseverance during training have been acknowledged as they move into this next career phase. The department expressed confidence that their growth and success would positively impact the neighborhoods they serve.

The graduates include Ptl. Hannah Schroeder, Ptl. Bill Tilton Jr., who served as Assistant Class Leader, Ptl. Princess Thomas, and Ptl. Harry Seel.
