Neighborhood Resource Officers recently participated in 'Trunk or Treat' events held at various locations, including the Arabian Temple, Elks Lodge, and Charleston County Library on Dorchester Road. The officers engaged with children and enjoyed seeing a variety of costumes.
The events provided an opportunity for community interaction and allowed the officers to connect with local families in a festive setting.
