Rep. Nancy Mace has voiced strong criticism of Justin Trudeau's leadership following his resignation as party leader. In a statement, she described his tenure as "a textbook example of how extreme progressivism only leads to failure." Mace attributed various issues in Canada to Trudeau's policies, stating that "Canada’s economy has crumbled, crime has skyrocketed, and basic freedoms have been trampled" under his leadership.

She further criticized Trudeau for prioritizing "woke politics," which she claims weakened and divided the country. Mace warned against such progressive agendas, labeling them unsustainable. She concluded by expressing hope for Canada's future, saying the nation now has an opportunity to "rebuild, move forward, and reject the chaos left in his wake."
