On February 21, 2025, Rep. Nancy Mace raised concerns about constitutional interpretations regarding the use of weapons against an administration. She questioned this notion by stating: "We must have missed in the Constitution where it allows you to 'bring actual weapons' against an administration."

Later that day, she highlighted a troubling issue concerning unprocessed rape kits in South Carolina, which remain unresolved by the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED). She remarked on the emotional impact this situation has on her by tweeting: "Hearing about years’ old rape kits in South Carolina that were never processed by SLED, weighs heavy on my heart. Also - WTF."

In another tweet posted on February 21, 2025, Rep. Mace commented on what she perceives as positive changes occurring within America due to its leadership. She expressed optimism by stating: "America is healing. All it took was a President willing to do it."
