On March 5, 2025, Rep. Mace commented on the issue of fentanyl smuggling into the United States by stating "It's rough times for nations smuggling fentanyl into the United States, finally." She expressed gratitude to President Biden with "Thank you, @POTUS."

Later that day, she highlighted leadership in protecting women in the digital age by acknowledging several leaders in a tweet: "This is what leadership for women looks like. Thank you @FLOTUS, @POTUS, and @LeaderJohnThune for protecting women in the modern digitalized era."
