James Island home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in James Island rose by $83,000 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,000 - a 36.9% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in James Island in September 2017.
