Kiawah Island home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Kiawah Island fell by $233,750 while total sales decreased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $492,500 - a 32.2% decrease over the $726,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Kiawah Island in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Kiawah Island for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $8,132, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
