Adams Run home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Adams Run rose by $20,250 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,250 - a 14.5% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Adams Run in the third quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $761, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
