North Charleston home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in North Charleston rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 64.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in North Charleston in November 2019.
