Isle of Palms home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Isle of Palms rose by $258,500 while total sales increased by 68.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $915,000 - a 39.4% increase over the $656,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Isle of Palms in November 2019.
