Congresswoman Nancy Mace issued a statement regarding the recent global cybersecurity outage. "We have requested briefings from CrowdStrike, Microsoft, and CISACyber to provide us with a comprehensive assessment of the current cybersecurity situation. Our primary focus is to determine the depth of the impact, especially across the federal government," she said.

Mace emphasized that numerous governmental agencies have been affected by the outage. "The House Oversight & Accountability Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government Innovation is actively looking into this issue to ensure we have a thorough understanding and can take appropriate action," she stated.

She reiterated her commitment to safeguarding national security and infrastructure: "We are committed to safeguarding our national security and infrastructure."
