The Senate recently voted to adopt the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Resolution. U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, released a statement following the vote.

Senator Graham expressed his pride in the efforts of Senate Republicans, led by Senate Majority Leader John Thune, in aligning with President Trump's agenda. He stated, "I am very proud of Leader Thune and my Senate Republican colleagues for working together as a team to advance President Trump’s agenda."

He emphasized the significance of the Senate's actions, noting, "Tonight, the Senate took one small step toward reconciliation and one giant leap toward making the tax cuts permanent, securing the border, providing much-needed help for the military and finally cutting wasteful Washington spending."

Senator Graham concluded his statement with, "Well done."

For further inquiries, the Senate Budget Committee's main office can be contacted at 624 Dirksen Senate Office Building, Washington, DC 20510, or by phone at (202) 224-0642.
