Rep. Nancy Mace has criticized President Joe Biden's recent proposal to reform the Supreme Court, labeling it a "power grab." According to Mace, the initiative is motivated by partisan interests rather than genuine reform.

"Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris want to change the Supreme Court because they are not getting their way," Mace stated. She further argued that if the majority of Justices were left-leaning, such discussions would not be taking place. "These so-called reforms are nothing more than a partisan power grab designed to reshape the court to fit a radical agenda pushed by the Left."

Mace also questioned Biden's capability in this matter: "If Biden is unfit to be prosecuted and unfit to run for office, then he is unfit to 'reform' the Supreme Court." She concluded her remarks by warning that this approach could lead to negative consequences: "This is a recipe for disaster."
