Charleston announces 2025 Honors award recipients recognizing impactful leaders

The Charleston region is set to honor its most impactful leaders and organizations with the 2025 Honors awards. These recipients are recognized for their significant contributions to driving progress, inspiring others, and creating a lasting impact within the business community. The event will celebrate both forward-thinking companies and dedicated individuals who embody leadership and service.

Tickets are available for The Honors, scheduled for March 20 at the Dock Street Theatre. This event will also feature the announcement of the Joseph P. Riley Jr. Leadership Award recipient in the coming weeks. It is an opportunity to acknowledge those shaping Charleston's future and contributing to community growth.

The distinguished recipients this year include:

- **Small Business of the Year**: Trio Solutions, honored for its value in community engagement, entrepreneurship, employee relations, leadership, and performance through innovative strategies.

- **Non-Profit of the Year**: Charleston Hope, awarded for its dedication to serving regional needs and enhancing lives within the community.

- **Innovator of the Year**: Wawner Strategies, acknowledged for creating a cutting-edge product or service that significantly impacts their industry or region.

- **Diversity Champion**: Renee Linyard-Gary from Roper St. Francis Healthcare is celebrated for her commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplaces and communities.

- **Community Impact Champion**: Fetter Health Care Network is recognized for its active leadership role in business, civic, and social service organizations.

- **One to Watch**: Brenna Lawrence from Brown & Brown | Auto Owners Insurance is noted as an individual rising through professional ranks while contributing to advancing Charleston's region.

These honorees exemplify meaningful contributions toward Charleston’s growth and success.
