The Charleston Metro Chamber has initiated the 2025 Lowcountry Minority Business Accelerator (MBA), welcoming eight organizations and ten members to this year's cohort. With orientation completed last week, the program aims to assist these businesses in growth, scaling, and thriving in today's economy.

The Lowcountry MBA utilizes the Interise StreetWise MBA curriculum, providing a framework for minority business owners to realize their potential. The program combines expert coaching, peer learning, and strategies designed for long-term success.

A significant part of the program is developing a personalized three-year Strategic Growth Action Plan (SGAP). This plan serves as a roadmap for participants to advance their businesses. Participants refine business practices, strengthen financial positions, and develop workplace cultures focused on excellence. Additionally, the program fosters a network of entrepreneurs and mentors where participants can share challenges and successes.

The 2025 cohort includes diverse business leaders committed to growth and innovation across various industries. The Chamber supports this group and anticipates celebrating their achievements throughout the year.
