Rep. Nancy Mace, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing South Carolina’s 1st district, recently took to social media to express her views on several issues related to federal agencies and fellow politicians. Her comments have drawn attention due to their direct nature.

On January 29, 2025, Rep. Mace criticized Senator Cortez Masto for what she described as a misunderstanding of the structure of federal law enforcement agencies. She stated, "Senator Cortez Masto just exposed her ignorance of basic law enforcement structure within the federal government. The IG operates independently from HHS— the DOJ and HHS are completely separate agencies."

Later that day, at 17:10 UTC, Rep. Mace tweeted about improving scientific standards within a federal agency, stating her aspirations for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). She wrote, "Lets make the HHS the gold standard of science MAHA".

Shortly after this tweet, at 17:11 UTC, Rep. Mace made another post addressing financial ties between politicians and large industries. She pointed out Senator Warren's financial connections with major pharmaceutical companies by stating that "Senator Warren raked in over $5.2 million from Big Pharma and the medical industrial complex."
